Anyone had surgery to repair large earring holes (from wearing very large earrings)?

When I was growing up (in the 80s) I wore very large earrings. Since then, my earring holds have become quite gaping. National Geographic big. Does anyone have any ideas as to who I would go to to have this done? Also, how much does it cost on average? Thanks
