Sun sign myths???why are people criticising scorpians??

Most astrology books give generalized Sun Sign descriptions. It's true Scorpios can be blunt and say how they really feel about people and can be rude, cruel, and cut people to ribbons with their words (I've done it). However, we are influenced by our entire chart. For example, the Moon in a gentle sign like Cancer would greatly reduce the Scorpio's sometimes cruel and callous nature. Some people never study astrology and therefore don't know about the other signs in a chart.
