Girls, Is he a Villain?

I played a game of kickboxing against my colleague in the office sport club and won the game and it's the second game that i have won against him out of 3 games.I thought he will take it in a sporty way but yesterday after the game when i was speaking to a girl (who cheered for me) in our department he became jealous as she normally is close to me than to him and he got up and went with a long face mumbling to him something which I and the girl heard...was something against both of us (may be he likes her..hehehe).We laughed it off and continued our conversation. So girls do you think he is a villain in this scenario?
