Bossy project leader at school?

alright we have a history project and we were igned a group leader and country. we got japan. alright so basically she wont let anyone do anything and we ask to help and she says no. so she tells her dad and he emails the teacher saying we didnt do anything and she was up until 12 am. she did the brochure without saying a word to us. i looked up 3 notebook pages of info for it and she said she wanted to find her own. im in charge of food and she said shell make it first. and evrything has to be her way. when she was gone today she left a to do list in r folder. how do i tell her its r project not hers. im a good student i have a 100 in science 99 in grammar in math 96 in literature and 95 in history. how do i tell her to stop before our group leaves the country!
