Did anyone else hear that bbc news bulletin about a woman councillor?

who worked for i think it was leeds council in the housing department, earning 52 thousand pounds a year, allowed a lot of pensioners to be removed from sheltered housing, then moved in her self along with her boyfriend, charging herself 47 pounds a week, along with 18 other council workers who also took advantage. Okay she got the sack but heck what do you think they should have done to her. How the heck did she get away with it for so long.
