All in one day: 2 earthquakes and a tsunami, 1 earthquake in China, volcano eruption in Indonesia. whats up?

From what I understand there are now separate earthquakes in Japan. There was one in China. And, there's a volcanic eruption in Indonesia. What's going on inside the earth in Asia?
