Can a Dep in Marine get discharged if his gf is pregnant?

Hi well im dating a dep in marine and he is leaving Nov 2nd and i have been pregant since juneish july. Will he get discharged because of me and if yes is there any way i can pervent this, before he leaves. Please help!!!
