I need help selecting comfortable, affordable shoes, ladies only please.?

I was wanting to get some Puma shoes, but after seeing the prices my mind changed quickly. I dress pretty emo, but I like preppy styles too, so I was wondering what would be a good pair of well-fitted shoes for me. I mostly wear tight pants, and black shirts. I need the brand and shoe name please.
