As 2012 approaches, the country needs to rid itself of its less desirable inhabitants. Sir Picanuper proposes a weekly series of old-style gladiatorial contests, to be held at Wembley Stadium, culminating in a genuine fight to the death between unacceptable "personalities" and lunatic fringe "politicians".
