well if a certain culture has to purchase something for relgious purposes at the local market, the market should be able to provide for them. here's a good example. do you think there are any mcdonalds in the amazon rainforests? there certainly are in every nook and cranny in the U.S. that's because there will always be somebody there to purchase things.
