Recommended Historical Novels?

I've only just got into historical novels and they're absolutely amazing! So interesting to read about the past. .. even if there is some fiction mixed in :) but hey that's what makes it interesting lol. anyway back to the question. I'm just about ready to go back to the library and search for a historical novel worth reading. So far I've read The Other Boleyn Girl and it's sequels by Philippa Gregory, Painting Mona Lisa by Jeanne Kalogridis, and Jean Plaidy's Katharine of Argon (the 3 novels in one volume) in the "The wives of Henry VIII" series. I don't really want the entire thing to be based on romance but have conflict, betrayal that kind of stuff. lol just nothing about war please. Anyway I thank you all who answer in advance! lol
