Weak heads on 08 Honda 450er brand new wont turn over valves not opening?? Need Help?

Okay on one of our trips down to the sand dunes, i have found out that my valves needed to be adjusted, now being down in the sand it wasn't really suitable to change much of anything. so me being stupid on the fact that i just but about 5 grand in it (first 3 months i have had it) haha i pulled it and started it up, i had to hold down the throttle steadily till warm and it would barely idle...out on the dunes it drove perfect! But in someplaces i couldn't really turn off the bike being affraid it would kick over again so the last day i didn't ride it..i took it back to the house to work on it i first tried to pull start it, through 1,2,3, and 4 it would even pull!!! wtf?? so before i started tearing down the bike i wanted to post up here. oh plus its BRAND NEW!!!!! maybe 3 months old!!! is there a recall on the weak heads? should i just adjust the heads each time i ride until break should i just repair everything?? oh by the way if i was going to get new heads new valves i might as well re-do the whole engine lol shorter piston or high compress.cam the whle 9 yards but can someone help me what do i do??
