Why is it ok for whites to support whites, but we can't be of support to OUR race without some white racist?

I'm white and was given nothing. I've completed two college degrees by working as a waitress and by using the G.I. bill after I served in the U.S. military. I also had student loans which I repaid. I now have an education and a marketable skill. Why do cities have festivals for black heritage, latin heritage, but not white or asian heritage?
