Are Yahoo really dumbing it down over punctuation?

I really hate that as I type, a little speech bubble pops up with the snide comment "Hmm... it looks like you have a lot of punctuation." What the hell?! Am I to type like a retard with zero punctuation to keep Yahoo Happy? What is wrong with punctuation? Is this not how the English language works? Yahoo have really crossed the "nanny state" line with this, we are not all ignorant and illiterate!
