Christians,Muslims & Jews: Do you need to tell another man like yourself a priest, an Imam, a Rabbi your sins?

Why would i tell them my sins?, i need to take ownership of my faults and repent to God with an honest heart. God is Most forgiving, where would we be without a loving God.
