When will there be another undisputed champion in the junior welterweight division?

This is right up there with welterweight as my favorite division, and in part because many top welterweights are fighting at 140 some time in their career. Since the formation of the IBF in 1983, only 1 boxer has unified all 3 major belts, Kostya Tszyu. I mistakenly thought that Julio Cesar Chavez had done this, but I was wrong. I think Pacquiao could be undisputed champ at 140 without too much trouble, and I think FLoyd would have done it if he stayed at 140 for another year. Both were lured into big money fights at higher weight cles. Will one of the current young fighters in this division stay in it long enough to unify the division, or will they too move up to challenge a welterweight title?
